Meet Our Family

 

Myself (Abbie), my husband Joe, our son Luke and daughter Ella. Joe and I grew up in Carrollton, moved away to the big city and decided to come back in 2010. We wanted to raise our kids in a small community, close to our families. Since our return, we have wanted to start a business in Carrollton, where we see a need for lodging and a place for people to gather (and drink amazing coffee!) The opportunity landed on our doorstep: literally!  Our next door neighbor moved and put his house on the market. We loved the house, which was built by the same family as our home in the early 1900's. We saw an opportunity to start a business, bought the house, and here we are! Over the past year we have been working diligently to open Folger Street Inn and Coffeehouse. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our family welcomes you with open arms and a warm cuppa joe!
